Meet the Staff

As Director of Children’s Ministry, Michelle Hood is the creative mind behind the dynamic programming in this department. Her passion is for the children. She is a Snellville native who loves to reminisce about days gone by in the area. You can always find Michelle cheering for her son and daughter from the sidelines! When Michelle needs a break, she goes for a large Chic-fil-a sweet tea to hit the spot.

 

Jane Crim - Children's Ministry Assistant

Jane Crim works with Sunday morning volunteers to bring the very best Bible Study curriculum to FBCS children as full-time Ministry Assistant to a department hopping with fun. Jane is from the Buckhead area and now resides in Loganville with her family. Jane keeps a bag packed ready for any travel adventure!

 

Carla Mitchell - Children's Ministry Assistant

Carla Mitchell, part-time Ministry Assistant, supports the AWANA Wednesday night programming. Her favorite title is “Mom,” and she enjoys volunteering her time in ways that support and encourage her sons. The Mitchells are a football family through and through…Go Dawgs!

 

Amy Harlan - Children's Ministry Assistant

Amy Harlan brings so much God-given talent to her position as part-time Ministry Assistant to Children’s Worship. Leading Children’s Worship is Amy’s favorite place to be. She has enjoyed serving through mission trips to Nicaragua and leading worship in High School and Middle School Ministries. Sugar cookies are the way to Amy’s heart!
